Practical idea development

As there are three key points in my essay question:

- tokenism 

- streetwear 

- Instagram 

In all the experiments that I did, I realised that I tend to forget streetwear being one of our main points. This is why I was a bit lost as I feel like I was a little bit off topic for my practical and the outcomes of the experiments looked bad. Therefore, I made up my mind and decided to go for the collaging and colour distorting idea. As the images that I took are from the photoshoot that I did with my friend for our brand LARP6SARP3, I find it really suits the topic as out brand is also going for the streetwear vibe direction. 

I also find our brand quite relatable to the topic of inclusion as we did invited friends of ours who are not in Hong Kong to have virtual photoshoots with us. Our intention was to include more people into our first launch and all of the models that we had for our first launch are actually design and art students.

I am thinking of making something physical instead of digital as everything happened because of the rise of technology and social media, I think bringing audience out of the digital world would be a good execution.
